SLIMFIT Mk-3
All SLIMFIT parachutes are equipped with an all flat buckle at the chest strap which gives full freedom of movement during the flight.
SLIMFIT Mk-3 is a small, flat and compact rescue parachute, which sits relatively high on the back.
The container is wedge-shaped, so it is only approx. 1 cm thick below the loin, and approx. 6 cm thick at the top of the shoulders.
Since the container sits high, and does not fill anything significant at the bottom, it means that the pilot can move all the way back in the aircraft seat.
All SLIMFIT models are equipped with a delicious memory foam back cushion in imitation lamb, which helps to channel air in between the back and parachute, and thus provide a certain thermo effect during the flight. The hood is a state-of-the-art FFE-201-D, which is made of 0-porous ripstop nylon, whose properties ensure the shortest possible opening time.
